United edge tight affair to keep on the tail of league leaders

United came out on top in the proverbial game of two halves when, after dominating for large swathes of the opening forty five minutes and only being denied by the right hand post and a goal line clearance, a resurgent home side were only put to the sword by an Andy McQUILLAN header against the run of play fifteen minutes from time. Next up is a Second Round Fife & Lothian's Cup game at Livingston United next Saturday afternoon.
